Refunds

The full book list will be provided to you by The Literacy Club and not detailed here by request of the tutors.
 

Before ordering please check the list as refunds for duplicate books cannot be guaranteed.

We are a small non-brick and mortar family business. As such, we do not offer a refund policy after delivery because our service includes processing and collating books from many different publishers, labelling for your child, and hand-delivering. 
 

Refunds on duplicate orders and cancellations before dispatch are subject to customers' contact and will incur a £5 reduction due to card processing fees.

Please note that payment providers retain a card processing fee when purchases are made and when refunds are processed. These charges are retained by the payment provider and not by us, therefore these charges are non-refundable as they cannot be recovered by us.
